Kalifornia Fed Judge Knocks Down Some of Waiting Time Ban

A fed judge in Kalifornia has ruled KA's 10-day waiting period unconstitutional in situations where the person already owns a firearm or has a CCW. The reasoning was that the 10-day period was justified as a "cooling off period" but if the person already has a firearm, there is no need for such a period. Same for if they have a CCW.

How refreshing to hear some logic. Not like that idiot in Maryland.

I'm going to bet Sacra-mental has their lace panties all in a twist. It will be appealed, then they'll ask for a 180 days or more to implement the court's order. All to keep Freedom at bay for as long as possible.

You are probably right. But I wonder just how successful they will be. This is a logical judge. His ruling is based on their claims for why they are disallowing people from purchasing something. They will have a hard time trying to explain how his logic doesn't count.

Still, we're talking leftie pols. They already hold illogical positions on most things - one more is hardly an exception. But it DOES point out just what lying POS these people are. Although we already diddn't know that.
