Krazy Kali Has Done It Again.

Kalifornia now has a more restrictive gun process. All guns to be sold inside of Kali must pass a testing by some agency within the state.

BUT more importantly - the following guns are NOW NOT LEGAL! Look at the list. It is ridiculous!

Handguns sold in California have to have the state designation of "Not Unsafe".

The handguns are falling off the list because if any change is make to them, no matter how minor, they must be re-certified as not unsafe by CA. As of about two years ago, handguns must have microstamping to be re-certified, even though that technology only exists in the imagination of Kamala Harris, our hard-left Attorney General.

I'm so glad I'm out of this nuthouse in a week.

Somewhere in here these nuts MUST be trampling on 2A. You can't have RTB and then have no weapons that the state thinks are OK.

If it turns out that the state cannot decide what is or isn't appropriate, then there is a basis for overturning NFA 34. And perhaps raising all the restrictive ownership laws in places like Illinois.

The SAF and CalGuns Foundation are very active in California courts.

Unfortunately, it takes time and money to work the challenges through the court system.  And given the left-learning biases of many of the justices (elections have consequences), many challenges have to go to 9th Circus of Appeals and the Supremes. They'll likely ultimately be successful.

As the challenges slowly wend their way through the courts, the Cali Loonieslature has passed several years worth of additional laws - which must be challenged and fought. It's much like the Aegean Stables of legend. Legislative leaders such as Kevin DeLeon <spit> are openly contemptuous of the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution. Such things only frustrate their desire for a Golden State Utopia - with them holding the whip.

This is a big reason that Cali is leading the 11 "Death Spiral" states down the drain. I'm soooo glad I'm out of here in a couple of weeks.
